We are located 6 miles south of Deadwood, South Dakota on Highway 385, just past the Steel Wheel convenience store.
Yes, pets are allowed. There is a $5.00 flat fee for pets in cabins. Must be on a leash at all time and must pick up after them or a $30.00 fee may be charged to your card.
Yes, a few of the neighboring campgrounds serve food, and the cities of Deadwood and Lead have many restaurant choices.
Our campground is very small and the private, very clean bathrooms/showers are close to all cabin rentals, RV sites and tenting areas.
We do not have coin operated laundry on our campground, but there is coin operated laundry available at our neighboring campground.
Yes, we have a clubhouse/lounge under Cabin 5, that offers tables, chairs, fridge, microwave, and satellite TV.
Yes, we have gas grills and some fire rings. Firewood is available for sale.
No, we do not offer monthly rentals.
Yes, WiFi is available.
Most cell phone providers get decent coverage with the exception of Verizon.
Taxis do come out to the campground for pickups and drop-offs.
Trail passes are available at Steel Wheel Trading Post just North of our campground. Temporary ATV road permits are available through the Lawrence County Treasurer located in Deadwood.
Yes, you can ride to several trails from our campground.
Yes, we accept major credit cards as a form of payment.
No refunds will be issued after check-in.
